The Protimeter Mini is ideal for assessing the moisture condition of buildings and other materials. 

This simple to use tool gives an instant indication as to the level of moisture using its patented DRY – BORDERLINE – WET colour coded scale allowing the user to quickly identify if further testing is needed in that area. 

The Protimeter Mini also gives a numerical value for the level of moisture present. This is represented as percentage moisture content for wood (%MC) and the wood moisture equivalent (WME) for plaster, masonry and other types building materials.

Optional Deep Wall Probes can be used with the Mini to measure the moisture level at depth in a wall, irrespective of the surface condition. Deep Wall Probes are very useful accessories when investigating the cause of moisture problems within buildings.

When taking readings in awkward positions, the Mini can be used with the moisture probe and lead, supplied as standard with the instrument.

The Protimeter Mini is a precision instrument suitable for a wide range of quality control applications on construction sites, for manufacturers and for storage environments. Painters and decorators use the meter to assess if plasterwork is sufficiently dry for painting. Simply place the two pins firmly against the material to be tested. Because of the accuracy of this moisture meter repeat readings can be taken to monitor if the material is drying out or getting wetter.
